You are the inspiration for what and why I write. Thank you for being part of my life. In particular, I am grateful to my clients and some readers who stimulate me to think and write about various topics I choose.
Your involvement with Heart of Well Being has promoted my own growth and challenged me to write regularly, as well as to try on some of the ideas which I procrastinated about. Sonja Lyubomirsky talks about Person-Activity Fit in her book, The How of Happiness. Some of what I write fits more for me and perhaps some of the suggestions fit better for you. It is offered to you as ideas for exploration so that your well-being can increase.
Your connection with Heart of Well Being allows me to make the impact that I feel is part of my personal mission, increasing well-being for individuals and groups. I feel privileged that I get to coach and write about ways to increase your enthusiasm, joy and positivity.
I have so much to be grateful for. Like most of us, it is the people in my life which are the biggest determinants of well-being; you are among the people in my life. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your life. And thank you for being a part of my life even if we have not formally met.
