This season as daylight lengthens, take several moments to stop what you’re doing, take a few deep breathes and notice. Make it a habit over the next several weeks. This practice of several breaths throughout the day has the potential to slow you down enough that you get to experience a window of time that you overlooked before.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift, that’s why it is called the present.
