In medicine, T, P, R, B/P refer to temperature, pulse, respiratory rate and blood pressure. They provide a quick look at how someone is doing physically. For well-being T, P, R, B/P focuses your attention on key aspects of your life to check on how you’re doing in a broader way.
The vital signs of well-being® is based on research in positive psychology, coaching others and my own experience moving from burnout to well-being. For the next several weeks I’ll provide a blog on each of these vital signs. Individually and collectively these crucial aspects of your life contribute to your vitality, flourishing and well-being. By enhancing these, you can experience more energy and joy, live with greater ease in alignment with your values, improve your relationships and learn to experience the present moment.
