Lately, I’ve seen the word “revitalize” come up a lot. Revitalize your skin with various products, revitalize your program re Weight Watchers and in my own work in addition to being my tag line, I’ll be offering a four part class, Revitalize Your Life, at the Medical Fitness Center, at Associated Neurologists Physical Therapy office in Danbury.
What do I mean by “Revitalize Your Life?”
Get reconnected to what’s important to you and re-energized about the way you live. Be in touch with your vitality and incorporate the vital elements into your life. Revitalizing may start by focusing on a specific area of your life, and the impact will extend beyond. You are a whole person; as you come to feel more alive you’ll be able to integrate parts of yourself you may have left dormant. As one organization wrote about its participation in a revitalization program we became “more engaging and interactive – plus it inspired us to be open and responsive to change in other areas of life.”
Don’t wait and put off what energizes you until the week-end, vacation or retirement; experience your liveliness now and throughout your day. Whether you experience vitality in a quiet way as when going for a walk, with full enthusiasm which overflows, or the many ways in between, embrace your life and what makes it and you come alive. This is how I define revitalize.
Thursday evenings in October, join me at the Medical Fitness Center, 69 Sand Pit Road, to Revitalize Your Life.
