There are a number of ways to increase your well-being. Positive Psychology has recognized several tools. This introductory coaching package will allow you to get acquainted with your character strengths and the concept of PERMAH.

- Engagement – The regular development of our strengths – those things we’re good at and enjoy doing, genuine involvement, opportunities to get into flow
- Relationships – The creation of and ongoing authentic energizing personal connections
- Meaning – A sense of connection to something bigger than ourselves; sense of purpose
- Accomplishment – The belief and ability to do the things that matter most to us; making an impact; the opposite of the 3rd hallmark sign of burnout
- Health – Physical is fundamental, our physical health – eating well, moving regularly, sleeping deeply
PERMA was identified by Martin Seligman, PhD, the ‘father of positive psychology’ as key attributes for flourishing; the H was added later.

- 4 individual phone coaching sessions focused on your desired outcomes
- VIA survey Debrief with implementation plan
- PERMAH survey debrief with individualized plan
- Strategizing to sustain motivation, overcome obstacles, and planning beyond the survey results so that you can attain Your Life of Well-Being
This package is available for $360 now through Dec. 24th. The coaching sessions will need to be started by January 15.
